Where is the studio?

The Studio is a newly built separate structure on a quiet residential street in West Hollywood, between Santa Monica Blvd and Sunset Blvd, near Dohney.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, each actor may have one guest to accompany them.

Where can I park?

There is free street parking from 9 am to 7 pm. If parking after hours, a pass will be provided. Private parking behind the gate is also available for an additional fee of $20.

(NO Vehicles larger than a Ranger Rover Sport)

What if I have multiple auditions?

No worries — we can film all of your auditions within your scheduled session. If you need more time, additional slots can be booked based on availability.

Will a reader be provided?

Yes! A skilled reader will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own reader if you would like, just please let me know beforehand!

When will I receive my tape?

You'll receive your tape shortly after we finish recording. If you've booked editing, your finalized tape will be delivered the same day once the edits are complete.

How will I receive my tape?

Tapes will be sent via Airdrop or We-Transfer.

Walk Ins are not accepted.

All bookings must be made through the website and require deposit of 25%  to confirm your session.

What if I’m running late?

Not a problem, simply reach out to the studio at Shamar@selftapeweho.com and I will do my best to accommodate you.

What are your payment methods?

Self Tape WeHo accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Cancellations and Refunds

In order to receive a refund, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact Shamar@Selftapeweho.com.

Cancellations after 24 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

ALL BOOKINGS ARE IN PACIFIC STANDARD TIME
